• Will my car be secure at all times?

  Yes. All vehicles are parked at our secure parking facility in Crawley. Patrolled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and monitored at all times, our parking compound is secure with no public access allowed at any time.

  For added safety and security, the facility is also surrounded by high steel fencing and your car keys are locked away in a secure safe onsite.

• Is my online payment secure?

  Yes. Our online booking form is encrypted and protected from intrusion and fraud. Once you have completed the form the full price will be shown and then you will be given the option to complete the purchase. We believe in honesty and that is why all our prices are transparent, inclusive and have NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

  Of course, if you are still unsure about paying online, we can take bookings over the phone and you can also make a payment with cash on the day itself. If you would like to do this, please call our contact number (01293 344567) to let us know.

• Will I be waiting for our representative at Gatwick Airport?

  No. As part of our simple collection and delivery process, our representative will be waiting for you at both the departure and arrival points. All you will need to do is contact us around 20 minutes before you are to reach Gatwick Airport on departure day and then again when you have disembarked from the plane.

• Are your drivers all insured?

  Yes, all of our drivers undergo extensive training and are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

• How do I amend my booking?

  I don't know my booking reference, how can I find it? Your booking reference is on your booking confirmation. If you don't have your booking confirmation email anymore, you'll need to phone us on 01293 344567 quoting your name and travel dates.

• I have a complaint. Who do I contact?
