Step 1 - Making a Booking
To make a booking for Meet and Greet Gatwick is incredibly simple and straightforward.
Once you have provided us with your flight details, departure time, subsequent arrival time and payment we will email you a confirmation, which will include the departure and arrival instructions.
Step 2 - Arriving at Gatwick Airport
Please contact us (01293 344 567 or 07508 710 140) about 20 minutes before you are due to arrive at Gatwick Airport.
Drive directly to the airport terminal drop off zone where a member of our staff will be waiting to receive you. For your peace of mind, they will note down the mileage and any scratches, dents or marks on your car.
When you are both happy, our member of staff will provide you with a receipt and explain to you the return procedure. Please make sure that you keep the receipt with you as you will need it on your return.
You will then handover your car keys to the member of staff who will point you in the direction of the check in desks. Your car will be taken from Gatwick Airport directly to our secure parking facility.
Step 3 - Arriving Back in Country
When you arrive back in the country, please contact our 24 hour phone line (01293 344 567 or 07508 710 140) once you have collected your luggage from Baggage Reclaim. This will enable our representative to judge when best to arrive at Gatwick Airport with your vehicle.
Directions
North Terminal:
As you exit the terminal, please head towards the multi-storey car park outside Gatwick Airport.
Head through the car park and you will arrive at the passenger drop-off zone where you will be met by our representative who will be waiting there.
South Terminal:
The passenger drop-off zone is on the lower level of Gatwick Airport's South terminal. Once you have arrived here please turn left and head towards the very end of the lane.
After meeting you at the designated meeting point, our representative will ask you for your receipt.
They will then again record the mileage and inspect the vehicle with your assistance. Once you are both happy, a simple form will need to be signed. You will then be given a copy of the final receipt along with your car keys
