Arrival & Departure Instructions
The following Arrival and Departure instructions are also available as a PDF and for your convenience you will also receive a copy of them by email when you book with us.
Our Gatwick Aiport Arrival and Departure instructions are designed to prevent you from having to wait for our representative and aid a fast and effective start and end to your trip.
Departures
We request that you call us around 20 minutes before you are due to arrive at Gatwick Airport. We will then meet you at the designated points at either the North or South Terminals.
Terminal Arrival
North Terminal:
As you approach the North Terminal, please follow the road all the way round to the right until you reach the passenger drop-off zone. It is here that our uniformed representative will meet you.
South Terminal:
When approaching the South Terminal please stay in the middle lane and proceed towards the passenger drop-off zone. This is situated at the very end of the road on the right hand side. Our uniformed representative will be waiting to meet you here. If you get lost or cannot find the designated arrival point, please call our 24 hour contact number on 01293 344567.
Secure Location & Monitored
Upon arrival at the designated point by Gatwick Aiport, our representative will meet you and help you unload your luggage if you require it. They will then, with your assistance, assess the condition of the car and note down any marks, dents or scratches. The mileage on the car will also be recorded. Once you are happy and have both filled in the paperwork, our representative will hand over a receipt and then ask you for your car keys only.
It is at this point that they will direct you to the appropriate check-in area and then drive your car to our secure and monitored car park in Crawley, Sussex.
Terminal Departure
Arrivals
Once you have reached the baggage claim area please call our 24 hour contact number on 01293 344567 to confirm that you have landed and are collecting your bags. At this point our representative will discuss the meeting point with you and then depart for Gatwick Airport. The meeting point is the same as your departure point but here are some directions below.
North Terminal:
As you exit the terminal, please head towards the multi-storey car park outside Gatwick Airport. As you head through it you will arrive at the passenger drop-off zone where you met our representative on departure day. Our representative will be waiting there to hand your car back over to you.
Arrival & Departure Instructions
South Terminal:
The passenger drop-off zone is on the lower level of Gatwick Airport's South terminal. Once you have arrived here please turn left and head towards the very end of the lane, which is where you handed your car over to our representative on departure day.
Before handing over the keys, our representative will firstly ask you for your receipt and then walk you round the car to assess its condition and record the mileage. Once you are both happy, a short form will need to be filled in before our representative will hand you a copy of the final receipt. They will then wish you a safe journey home.
